Fabric Beaded Necklace

Been havin some hard days lately.. life just happens sometimes..
But I finished crocheting some new and different head warmers. Ones that have buttons so its a perfect fit.
But man.. I really wanted to start a new craft. Luckily my sister in law had worn a necklace she made yesterday when I saw her. It was pretty cute.. and I remember i had some tutorials in my bookmarks of Anthro-Knockoff necklaces. whatdya' know. :) Perfect!
I got started on the first one I brought up. Followed the tutorial.. But I had to sew multiple pieces of fabric together to make it one long piece. So when I tried puting the preferred size of beads through, it would get stuck in the seams. Ha. So I went with smaller beads.. and stuck some brown beads on the outside.. and added a bow. and then just finished the rest of the necklace with lace. It turned out to be totally different than the tutorial I was lookin at. haha. I totally forgot about the flowers on there. (I seem to only look through the tutorials once and then go off on my own).
But it turned out cute.. And its a fun, fast, easy craft to do. I finished it no more than half an hour. (those stinking seams, and turning the tube of fabric inside out really stunk).

And because I didn't like any of the pictures of me actually serious and trying to smile.. I decided this was the best one. haha. (thanks Tuck!)
