A lot. Can ya tell?
I took the idea off of the popular and trendy state prints with the heart on the capital. Have you seen them? I tried to find a good link, but haven't found it again.
I made Arli one on her shirt.. and then when Beck saw he requested one too. But couldn't put a heart on a boys shirt.. so a mustache it was!
I love them. The shape of the state of Idaho isn't that pretty though,I must say. But the kids pull it off well.
It was a fun quick project and I rekindled my love for t-shirt stenciling.

cute michelle!!
hey thanks friends!! :D your comments make my day.
so how did u get the design on the shirt? is it a screen print...yudu machine? stencil? freehand?
Lindsey, I did the freezer paper stencil technique. I have a silhouette machine that I can cut the design out with but I didn't use it for this one because I don't have the Idaho image on my software.
So I just found a pic of idaho.. enlarged it to the right size I needed and put my freezer paper right up to the moniter and traced the outilne that way and just cut it out with scissors (though usually i use a razor blade for more detailed stuff) then I ironed on the stencil onto the shirt and painted away.
I looooove this! I want one for Penny!
honestly when i first looked at Beck's shirt i thought it was two little birds snuggling. but now i totally see the mustache...crazy cute!
oh, and i totally have this idea saved in a folder somewhere-i totally love it...we are on the same wavelength these days
