Cheerin up

I had a rough night the other night.
Sometimes life just doesn't cooperate with your own plans.
And I'm getting better at dealing with this and enjoying the now.
I don't think I'm ready to elaborate any more on that blogwise yet though.

This is what really cheered me up that night.
It is a video of my brother in law Barrett's homecoming from his year in Iraq last month. These sweet little ones are my nephews and niece. And of course, my amazing sister in law (Tuck's sister) Kendra.
Tucker and I were there to capture pictures (me) and video(Tuck) for them.
And this is what came of it :) We had fun making it.

Botkin Family! That was the most precious video! I am so grateful for so many brave men and women who fight for this country! I am so glad that he made it back home safe and sound and that you were able to capture such a sweet moment!

Tuck and Michelle! You two did such a great job with this! You captured such tender, tender moments for Kendra and her family that they will always have to look back on. Thanks for making this video. It is such a blessing! How grateful we are all fo Barrett's safe return! and for all the men and women to serve our country!
