Outnumbered

Another boy for the Botkin family!

Beck is super super excited. 

You can see it all on his face when we opened the box.

Arli is indifferent so far, 

even though she really wanted a sister.

Tucker is proud to have another boy.

And I couldn't be happier. 

Especially for my boy Beck to have a brother.

Our only problem.

A name.

Our family of four! 

Us girl will soon be outnumbered..

I have to say, it was full of excitement finding out this way. 

We went to the ultra sound and the US Tech had us look away at the apropriate time 

And wrote down the sex of the baby and put it in an envelope for us. 

She even fool proofed it with extra paper so we couldn't see through 

.... Tucker of course tried.

Then we took the envelope to Zurchers party store and picked some balloons 

for either boy or girl and had them open it and fill it up with the right balloons.

By then the excitement was building beyond what I had thought it would.

We finally got home (after I grabbed a chocolate shake)

We opened the box with the kiddos... 

And it was a blast! 

So glad we did it.

We almost just gave in and found out at the ultra sound.

I had originally not wanted to find out at all. 

But alas... I am me. And i was dyin' to know.

This is about as adventurous as it gets for us with finding out the sex of a baby.

So very excited!
